The generic HTV series superchargers are available in 900, 1320, 1900, or 2300 displacement. They come in varying mounting style and snout lengths to enable custom manifold and drive systems to be utilized.
The Harrop HTV range of Superchargers utilizes Eaton’s Twin Vortices Series™ (TVS™) technology. Our HTV range are a roots-type positive displacement supercharger for a variety of engine applications delivering more power and torque for uncompromising, high-performance driving.
All TVS™ superchargers have a 2.4 pressure ratio capability and a thermal efficiency that exceeds 70%, which enables more compact packaging and greater output.
LS3/7 Hurricane ITB Intake Manifold
The unique design of the original LS1 Harrop Hurricane was developed from a goal to achieve race engine characteristics from production based GM LS series engines. Over 55 years of race-bred engineering ensures Hurricane is the ultimate in allowing the hottest of naturally aspirated LS series configured engines to breathe to their fullest potential.
The 8 individual throttle system dramatically improves throttle responsiveness while increasing the power and torque outputs of the engine. Ideally suited to track focused vehicles, the design will fit beneath the stock Corvette hood profile.
Long, straight ports with a smooth transition permit greater than 100% volumetric efficiency. Coupled with the right camshaft, exhaust system and calibration, performance potential of your LS3 or LS7 can be maximised with natural aspiration.
Features Include:
• 58mm throttle plate diameter
• 2-piece trumpets
• Carbon fibre linkage cover
• Utilises all standard fittings (TPS, idle compensation, pressure sensor, vacuum)
• Progressive throttle action to maintain part throttle resolution
• Available with electronic control or cable actuation
FDFI Supercharger Engine Kit for LS3/7
Designed and manufactured in Australia by Harrop to OE standards for LS3/LS7 port shape GM engines, utilising the same Eaton TVS supercharger technology as featured on the ZR1 Corvette and the ZL1 Camaro.
Simplified drive system with higher mechanical efficiency combined with top down supercharger orientation provides direct airflow path and engine bay prominence.
Two years of R&D has delivered the most efficient supercharger on the market for the late model GM LS engine family, providing the ultimate in quality and performance.
